As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you will provide operational and logistics support for all brand outreach and events. We are a rapidly growing company, and we're looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Entry Level Sales Representative to help us expand in the Bakersfield market. Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Representative:
- Initiate and maintain relationships with customers in a face to face setting, within a assigned territory
- Drive sales performance by presenting our clients products and services while building value in what we offer
- Coordination with Client Services Manager on gathering and tracking creative for advertising campaigns
- Assisting the events team in all aspects of event programming, speaker recruitment and conference and online meeting logistics
- Researching contact details of potential speakers for conferences and webinars
- Managing registration for events and webinars
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings in preparation for events
- Gathering speaker materials ahead of events and assisting with the creation of event materials
Requirements of the Entry Level Sales Representative:
- Excellent communication skills, professional email conduct, and ability to communicate comfortably with senior executives
- Strong attention to detail and organization is a must
- Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects at once
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently
- Comfortable working with commissions and performance-based compensation and growth opportunities
